Elsie is the sole female of Stanley's three pets and one of the two tritagonists of the Playhouse Disney TV series Stanley. She is a golden-colored cat and she associates with fellow pet Harry and sings the theme for the Great Big Book of Everything. Elsie is voiced by Hynden Walch.
It is implied in the episode "Spelling Bee Situation" that Elsie weighs 10 pounds (a quarter of the amount of honey a beehive needs), whereas in "Under the Umbrella Bird", she is 18 inches long, excluding the length of her own tail.
